Lying on your back, stretch left arm out to the side at 90 degrees to the shoulder.

Pull left knee towards your right hip.

When you feel the stretch in your lower back and the sides of the bent hip, hold for 30-60 seconds.

Repeat with right arm out to the side and right knee pulled towards left hip.
